<br />page three - City Council <br />meeting minutes - <br />November 12, 1980 <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska for paper to publish notice <br />and clerk to post notice to residents of Centervil1e advising <br />if anyone is interested in being considered for the 4th council <br />seat to advise City office by letter and matter will be on <br />the December loth agenda, motion carried. <br /> <br />Diseussion held and motion by Murray, second by L'Allier, <br />setting a 6-month moratorium on platting or sub-dividing <br />property in Centerville in the area bordered by Mill Road, <br />County Road 14, County Road 21 and the Centerville City limits <br />to the north of #21, until such time as the P & Z Committee <br />has revised Ordinance #10, Laska, nay, motion carried. Clerk <br />will draw up amendment to Ordinance #10 and present at <br />November 26th meeting for consideration. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Murray to pay bills according <br />to attached list of disbursements, motion carried. Copy of <br />disbursements is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
