<br />page two - City Council <br />meeting minutes - <br />December 10, 1980 <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Murray to permit Northwestern Bell <br />Telephone Company to place, construct and thereafter maintain <br />buried cable on 20th Avenue North of County Road #14 to serve <br />Accessory Research Engineering, motion carried. <br /> <br />Floyd Kruger reported that three persons had applied for <br />raink attendants for the winter months; they are Joe Perkowski, <br />Jerome Hughes and Denise Romie. Motion by Laska, second by <br />L'Allier to hire the three persons listed above at $3.00 per <br />hour, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk read letter of resignation from Frank Zimny as Chairman <br />of the Planning and Zoning Committee. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to approve the police <br />contract with Lino Lakes for year 1981, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to approve contract with <br />Blaine Midway All Pets for animal control, year 1981, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to pay current bills, <br />motion carried.
