<br />RESOLUTION D~CLARING AD~QUACY OF P~TITION AND ORD~RING <br />PR~PARATION OF R~PORT <br /> <br />B~ IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENT~RVILL~, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement 20th Avenue <br />between Main Street and 400' North on 20th Avenue, filed with <br /> <br />the council on August 27, 1980 is hereby declared to be signed <br />by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br /> <br />thereby, declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Milner W. Carley and <br /> <br />Associates and they are instructed to report to the council <br /> <br />with convenient speed advising the council in a preliminary <br /> <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br /> <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and estimated cost of the <br /> <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 27th day of August, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENT~RVILL~ <br /> <br />~/~ ~~ <br /> <br />ayor <br />( tUZ77f ) <br />
