<br />CITY OF CBNT~RVILLn <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STAT~ OF MINN~SOTA <br />ORDINANC~ NO. 13 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANC~ AM~NDING ORDINANCn NO. 13, SECTION 9. <br /> <br />The City Council for the City of Centerville hereby amends <br />Ordinance No. 13, Section 9, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 9. HOURS OF SAL~ - SUBDIVI SION 2. <br /> <br />Every licensee, except a private club licensee shall not conduct <br />business on the premises between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) <br />A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. Monday through Saturday inclusive, <br />or on any Sunday between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and <br />twelve o'clock (12:00) noon, nor permit the presence of customers <br />on the premises or the consumption of intoxicating or non-intox- <br />icating liquor by any person on the premises between the hours of <br />one-thirty o'clock (1:30) A.M. and eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. <br />Monday through Saturday inclusive or on any Sunday between the <br />hours of one-thirty o'clock (1':30) A.M. and twelve o'clock <br />(12:00) noon, however, further provided that no intoxicating <br />liquor may be sold or served on Sunday, whether directly or <br />indirectly, except between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) <br />noon and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight, and then only in <br />conjunction with the serving of food to persons who are seated <br />at tables within the licensed premises. <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of November, 1980. <br /> <br />CITY OF C~NT~RVILL~ <br /> <br />/s/ Garv J.
