Audience questions and opinions were voiced <br />on proposal. <br /> <br />Terry Elkin of St. Anthony appeared ~ore council with request <br />for variance on Lot 1, Block 2, Peltier Lake Hills Addition. <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to grant variance to <br />Ordinance #10, Section I, II Residential (F) Side Yard <br />Requirements on Lot 1, Block 2, Peltier Lake Hills Addition, <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />George Haberman appeared on behalf of Happy Hustlers 4-H <br />Club concerning planting of trees on city property. <br /> <br />Discussion held on six month to one year moratorium on <br />new home construction in Centerville. After considerable <br />discussion, motion by Wilharber, second by Murray to hold <br />a public hearing on moratorium ordinance to prohibit the <br />rezoning or any subdivision of property in the City of <br />Centerville for a period of one year to be held on vvednesdaw <br />May 13th, motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion held on request of sewer service in Gardner <br />Estates #2. Motion by Wilharber, second by Murray that <br />proposal of Mr. James Gardner requesting additional sewer <br />service in Uardner ~states if2 be denied, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Laska to pay current dis- <br />bursements, motion carried. Copy of current receipts and <br />disbursements is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by L'Allier to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
