Donald Fitch - 7241 Mill Road. <br />(Mayor responded reading portion of letter from Metro <br />Council). <br />10. James Gardner - Gardner-Seim Construction. <br />11. Tom Wilharber - Councilman - advised council and audience <br />of telephone survey he had made concerning style of homes in <br />proposed Gardner Estates. , <br />12. William Hawkins - City Attorney - quoted portions of Ord.#10, <br />Section S, Subdivision Development, dealing with the owners' <br />responsibility to the City when developing a parcel of property. <br />(Councilm~n Murray responded with remarks concerning MS 462.355. <br />13. Mike Lynch - 7245 Mill Road. <br />Motion by Murray, second by Laska, contingent upon the two <br />attorneys agreeing on zoning contract, contingent upon the <br />approval of both attorneys on the drainage easement agreement <br />between Mr. Al L'Allier and Gardner-Seim Construction, contingent <br />upon approval of Rice Creek Watershed District on the drainage <br />plan, and no one home style will exceed 25% of all the homes <br />in the plat area, approval is granted on the preliminary plat <br />of Gardner-Estates Hl, motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of fire service contract between Centerville and <br />Lino Lakes is tabled until next meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Savela brought council up to date on conversations with <br />Mr. Torkildson, Park Director for Anoka County; Commissioner <br />Dick Lang and Hal Leibel concerning installation of septic <br />system/sanitary sewer service for the beach house in theChain <br />of Lakes Regional Park. Mayor will request by letter a meeting <br />to be held between parties and City to discuss situation. <br />Recommendation was made to include a St. ~aul Water Department <br />official. <br /> <br />Discussion held on estimated costs for seal coating and patching <br />of city streets. Matter tabled until future meeting. <br /> <br />Harold Rivard, 7046 Centerville Road requested variance due <br />to garage construction on property. Motion by Laksa, second <br />by L'Allier to grant variance to Ordinance #10, Section I, <br />II Residential (~) Front Yard Requirements on property at <br />7046 Centerville Road, motion carried. <br /> <br />Preliminary plat of Wegleitner Addition was presented to City <br />Council. After considerable discussion, motion by L'Allier, <br />second by Murray to approve preliminary plat of Wegleitner <br />Addition, contingent on Kice Creek Watershed District approval <br />of drainage plan, motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Rudy Tschida of Contract Design, Inc., presented sketch <br />of proposed building to be erected 64' off of Main Street on <br />PLAT 27823 PARC~L 0150. Contract Design, Inc., is a tool and <br />die/plastic injection firm. Building would be 96 x 130, <br />square footage 12,544 with future building of 20,000 square <br />feet to be erected in approximately J-5 years. Both proposed <br />
