<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />the Ci ty of Centerville held their regular meeting on vvednesday, <br />February 25, 1981 in the City Hall. Acting Mayor L'Allier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present: Laska and <br />Wilharber. Absent: Savela and 1V1urray. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Laska to accept minutes of <br />February 11, 1981 meeting, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Dogs barking in the city at all <br />hours, ditch between Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 of L'Allier Estates <br />has been filled in by contractor building on Lot 1, Block <br />2 and clerk to check with Engineer on remedy of situation, <br />citizens in attendance from Peltier Lake Drive with concern <br />over rumor of small or low-income homses being built in their <br />area. <br /> <br />Glenn Carpenter, Jr., has contacted clerk to be considered as <br />Centerville representative on the Community Counseling Program. <br />Clerk to check with Attorney Hawkins concerning question of <br />conflict with city designation on church and state affiliation <br />program. <br /> <br />Recommendations from Holstad and Rust on energy audit was' <br />discussed. Clerk advised council on funds avai~able for <br />implementation of recommendations. Matter tabled until full <br />council consideration. <br /> <br />Clerk to inform rink attendants of warming house being closed <br />as of this date and they will receive their last check for <br />attendant hours after they bring their city keys into office <br />or give to Park Committee chairman. <br /> <br />Road restriction posting will be done on Thursday, February <br />26th, effective immediately. <br /> <br />Clerk to check with attorney on problem with Westward <br />Construction not filling in hole on Lot 2, Block 2, Peterson's <br />Old Homestead Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Wilharber, to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
