State proposed date for when such service could begin from <br />a response center to be located within Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />One year from the approval date of a contract, provided <br />the building is ready and the truck can be purchased within <br />one year or less. <br /> <br />10. A 900 square foot building tO,house Midipumper and <br />equipment $30,000.00. a well $5,000.00, land and <br />sewer (~ acre minimum) $12,000.00, for a total cost <br />of $47,000.00. <br />C. Cost to Lino Lakes (contract) $32,000.00 per year. <br />Details on contract to be worked out between parties. <br /> <br />D. Legal implications of using city owned equipment <br />not housed in Centerville; also worker's compensation <br />insurance. <br /> <br />11. Salary amounts, if any, to be paid to personnel. <br /> <br />Already provided for in contract. <br /> <br />12. Recommended time period for some type of formal agreement <br />(such as 1, 2, 5 or 10 years). <br /> <br />Recommend contract period of ten years. <br /> <br />13. Identify type of formal agreement that your organization <br />would be considering such as contract or joint powers agreement. <br /> <br />Would consider contract similar to what we are now providing. <br /> <br />14.
