<br />"RnSOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> <br />WHEREA,S, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement of Centerville Central Park, bids were reviewed, <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />W & G REHBEIN BROS. - $16,145.00 <br />LINO CONTRACTING -'$19,480.00 <br /> <br />AND WH~R~AS, it appears that W & G Rehbein Bros. is the <br />lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THERBFOR~, B~ IT R~SOLV~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTnRVILL~, MINNnSOTA: <br /> <br />1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with W & G Rehbein Bros. <br />in the name of the City of Centerville for the improvement <br />of Centerville Central Park according to the plans and <br />specifications therefor approved by the city council and <br />on file in the office of the city clerk. <br /> <br />2.
