<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />Centerville held their regular meeting on vv'ednesday, June <br />24, 1981 in City Hall. Mayor Savela called the meeting to <br />order at 8:00 pm. Present were: L'Allier, Laska and Murray. <br />Absent: Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to approve minutes of June <br />10, 1981 meeting, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />Patch on Mill Road in front of 7184 has not been done by Major <br />Construction as of this date, problem with cul-du-sac on Mound <br />Trail, lift station pumping; Floyd to check on this, Mr. <br />Al L'Allier advising council that ditch adjacent to Lot 1, <br />Block 2, L'Allier ~states had been filled in by contractor when <br />he was building home and Mr. L'Allier wants it cleaned out and <br />back to original state, clerk to check with Building Inspector <br />concerning problem. <br /> <br />Mr. ~merick from Northern Asphalt was in attendance to advise <br />his work is done on street repair, as per last meeting, <br />but since City ~ngineer was not in attendance, matter was tabled <br />until July 8th meeting. <br /> <br />Resolution for CABL~ TV tabled until next meeting, July 8th. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />Councilman L'Allier advised council specs on City Park develop- <br />ment have been picked up by several contractors and matter <br />will be discussed at July 8th meeting. <br /> <br />The two resolutions received from the City of rtugo on landfill <br />and sewer sludge sites were discussed and tabled until next <br />meeting, July 8th. <br /> <br />Mayor will contact Pat Fruth concerning cutting weeds on <br />City reight of way. <br /> <br />Mr. Al L'Allier requested council to look at his property <br />behind 7254 Mill Road where the water is standing because <br />of culvert not being cleaned out. Council will look at <br />problem and discuss at next meeting, July 8th. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Murray to adjourn meeting, motion <br />carried.
