<br />~ <br /> <br />page two - City Council <br />meeting minutes <br />June 10, 1981 <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by L'Allier to approve Joint and <br />Cooperative Agreement for Cable TV with communities organized <br />as North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission, <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Wilharber to adopt Resolution <br />approving First Rider to Agreement between Board of Water <br />Commissioners of the City of St. Paul and City of Centerville <br />concerning installation of culvert across water department <br />property into the Centerville City Park as outlined by City <br />Engineer, motion carried. Copy of Resolution is attached to <br />and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Laska to pay bills, motion <br />carried. Copy of Receipts and Disbursements is attached to <br />and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Don Bumgarner of Twin Lakes Pavillion was in attendance <br />requesting the council to pass amendment to Ordinance #1) <br />increasing the hours of sale of intoxicating liquor on Sunday <br />from 12:00 noon - 12:00 midnight to 10:00 AM - 12:00 midnight. <br />Council will review and discuss at future meeting. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by L'Allier to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
