<br />page two - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 27, 1981 <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by L'Allier to approve the Center- <br />ville Fire Department Auxiliary By-Laws, motion carried. <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Wilharber to include auxiliary <br />members under the City's Worker's Compensation policy, additional <br />premium being $50.00 per year, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk was instructed to request Building Official's presence <br />at June loth meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Stevens appeared before council requesting Special <br />Use ~ermit to move a house into Centerville on Lot 9, Block 2, <br />Rehbein Estates. Building Official has inspected house, his <br />inspection report and picture of home is on file with clerk. <br />Mr. Stevens was advised he would have to take out the required <br />building and plumbing permits when the house is brought up to <br />Centerville Code. Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to <br />issue Special Use Permit for moving in home on above stated <br />lot to Jim Stevens during period June 1 - JO, 1981, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Laska to adopt Urdinance #35, <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANC~ R~GULATING THn US~ AND D~V~LOPM~NT OF <br />LAND WITHIN TH~ CITY OF CnNT~RVILL~ FOR TH~ PURPOSE OF PRO- <br />TECTING THE PLANNING PROC~SS AND TH~ H~ALTH, SAF~TY AND <br />W~LFAR~ OF TH~ CITY, roll call taken: Wi1harber, aye; Laska, <br />aye; L'Allier, aye; Murray, aye; Save1a, aye, motion carried. <br />Copy of Ordinance #J5 is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Clerk was instructed to advise Gardner-Seim Construction <br />about cleaning up areas on Shad Avenue that contain debris <br />from construction of their homes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wi1harber, second by Laska to pay bills, motion <br />carried. Copy of Receipts and Disbursements is attached <br />to and made a part of thess minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Wilharber, to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
