<br />page two - City Council <br />meeting minutes - <br />September 22, 1982 <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to approve Resolution <br />setting forth tax levy for Street Restoration assessment <br />Code #14, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Murray to approve Resolution <br />setting forth delinquent sewer utility accounts Code <br />#1J, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Laska to approve Resolution <br />setting senior citizen deferments under Code #12 and #14, <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Copies of above Resolutions are attached to and made a <br />part of these minutes. <br /> <br />198J Budget for City was discussed. Motion by Wilharber, <br />second by Laska to set 198] levy limitation at $50,224. <br />or 12.610 mils, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Wilharber to pay current <br />disbursements, motion carried. Copy of Receipts and <br />Disbursements is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Clerk read letter of resignation from Councilman Ray <br />Murray. Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to accept <br />resignation effective September 2J, 1982, motion carried. <br />Copy of letter is on file with clerk. <br /> <br />Mayor asked Circulating Pines reporter to include in <br />meeting minutes the request for letters of intent from <br />residents to fill the vacancy on the council. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber,second by Laska to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
