<br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Centerville held a public <br />hearing on October 27th and continued on December 8, 1982, <br />on ORDINANCE; #8, AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE SUBDIVISION <br />AND PLATTING OF LAND WITHIN THn CITY OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA AND PROVIDING FOR TH~ ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCE- <br />MENT OF SUCH REGULATIONS, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Centerville adopted Ordinance <br />#8 on December 8, 1982, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the attached summary of Ordinance #8 will clearly <br />inform the public of its intent and effect. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D that the City Council of <br />Centerville approve the text of the summary and hereby <br />determines that it clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of Ordinance #8. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of December, 1982. <br /> <br />CI TY OF CENTERVILLE <br />~ ; I /l. <br />~-:.
