<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />REGULATIONS FOR AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY <br />NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. <br /> <br />1. Hours of 3.2 Beer Sale: Saturday - 8:00 AM <br />until 8:00 PM; Sunday - 12:00 Noon until <br />8:00 PM. <br /> <br />2. Premises must be vacated by 10:00 PM on day <br />of activity. <br /> <br />3. Sanitation facilities in form of portable <br />satellite are to be provided - two in number. <br /> <br />4. Damage deposit is required by City in amount <br />of $200.00 in form of money, certified or <br />cashier's check. No personal checks. Deposit <br />will be returned to applicant after ten day <br />holding period. <br /> <br />5. Applicant for permit will appear before City <br />Council at least ten days before event. <br /> <br />6. Applicant is responsible for keeping traffic <br />off of LaValle Drive during activity. <br /> <br />7. The area should be cleaned of debris, cans <br />and bottles when activity is finished. If the <br />City is required to clean up area after event, <br />the responsible party for the event will be <br />required to reimburse the City for their <br />services. <br /> <br />8. The fee for 3.2 Beer permit is set at $15.00. <br /> <br />9. Number of permits issued will be determined <br />by City Council. <br />
