<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CI TY OF CBNTERVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY <br />NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Definitions. <br /> <br />For purposes of this Ordinance, the following words <br />and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in <br />this section: <br /> <br />"Non-intoxicating malt liquor" shall mean any liquid, <br />potable as a beverage, containing not less than one-half <br />of one per cent alcohol by volume, not more than J.2 per <br />cent alcohol by weight. <br /> <br />Section 2. Issuance of Temporary Non-Intoxicating Malt <br />Liquor License: <br /> <br />Temporary "on-sale" non-intoxicating malt liquor <br />licenses may be issued to sell non-intoxicating malt <br />liquor "on-sale" for a limited period of time, not to <br />exceed three (]) days. <br /> <br />Section]. Application for License: <br /> <br />Any individual, partnership or corporation desiring <br />a temporary "on-sale" non-intoxicating malt liquor license <br />shall file a vertified application therefor in writing, <br />with the City Clerk, at least ten (10) days before such <br />license is to take effect on forms to be prescribed by <br />the City Council and shall appear before the Council ten <br />(10) days before license issuance. <br /> <br />Such application shall specifically state the precise <br />premises where such non-intoxicating malt liquor is to be <br />sold, shall contain the names and local managing agents <br />of the club or organization making such application and <br />shall be accompanied by the following: <br /> <br />(a) A Two Hundred Dollar ($200.00) deposit by <br />cashier's check or money order. <br /> <br />(b) A license fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for <br />day or days the license is to be effective. <br />
