<br />Section 6. Licenses Prohibited to Certain Corporations <br />and Organiza"tions: <br /> <br />The corporation or organization shall not be <br />granted such a license if any of its officers, directors, <br />shareholders, local managers or local managing agents <br />have been convicted within five (5) years prior to the <br />application for such license of violation of any law <br />relating to the sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor or <br />of intoxicating liquor, and unless such officers, <br />directors, shareholders, local managers or local <br />managing agents are of good moral character and reputation. <br /> <br />Section 7. Sales, Closing Hours; Vacation of Premises: <br /> <br />No sales of non-intoxicating malt liquor shall be <br />made by the holder of a temporary "on-sale" non- <br />intoxicating malt liquor license during any time in <br />which such license is not valid. Provided, however, <br />that in no event shall any such sale be made between <br />the hours of one o'clock (1:00) a.m. and eight o'clock <br />(8:00) a.m. <br /> <br />All customers of the licensee shall vacate the <br />premises for which a temporary "on-sale" non-intoxicating <br />malt liquor license has been issued by the time specified <br />on such license, which shall not be later than ten o'clock <br />(10:00) pm. It shall be the responsibility of the <br />licensee to assure compliance with this requirement, and <br />non-compliance shall constitute grounds for revocation <br />of such license. <br /> <br />Section 8. Suspension and Revocation. <br /> <br />Any license issued under this Ordinance may be <br />suspended or revoked at any time by the City Council <br />for and violations of the provisions of this Ordinance, <br />any other Ordinance of the City of Centerville or any <br />Statute of the State of Minnesota. Such suspension or <br />revocation may be ordered by the City Council without <br />notice or hearing. <br /> <br />The Chief of Police shall nd~ify the licensee of <br />such revocation or suspension and shall forthWith cause <br />the licensed premises to be vacated by the licensee and <br />its customers. <br /> <br />Section 9. Marking of Licensed Premisesl <br /> <br />Licensed Premises, outside of buildings, shall be <br />clearly indicated and segregated by ropes and/or signs. <br />
