<br />Section 4. Return of Deposit. <br /> <br />The deposit of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br />required to be submitted with an application for a <br />temporary "on-sale" non-intoxicating malt liquor <br />license, shall be returned to the licensee after the <br />license expires if, and only if, the licensed premises <br />is cleaned up to the satisfaction of the City Council <br />of the City of Centerville or its designated representative. <br /> <br />Section 5. Issuance of Licenses: <br /> <br />The City Clerk shall not issue any temporary <br />"on-sale" non-intoxicating malt liquor license unless <br />directed to do so by resolution duly adopted by the <br />City Council of the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />Any such license that shall be issued shall contain <br />the following provisions: <br /> <br />(a) The specific dates on which it is valid; <br /> <br />(b) The precise premises where the non-intoxicating <br />malt liquor is to be sold; <br /> <br />(c) That the license is not transferable; <br /> <br />(d) The specific time of the day for which the <br />license is valid; <br /> <br />(e) The time by which the licensed premises shall <br />be vacated; <br /> <br />(f) That the license may be suspended or revoked <br />at any time by the City Council for violation <br />of any Ordinance of the City of Centerville, <br />or any Statute of the State of Minnesota <br />without notice or hear~ng; and <br /> <br />(g) Such other conditions as may be imposed by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />No license shall be issued under this Ordinance if <br />it appears that the issuance of such license will endanger <br />the health, safety or morals of the public. <br />
