December 26, 2007 City Council Work Session Minutes (Session 1~ Council requested the start time of Work Session (1) be changed to 6:00 p.m. Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve the December 26, 2007 City Council Work Session (1) minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 2. December 26, 2007 City Council Work Session Minutes (Session 2~ Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve the December 26, 2007 City Council Work Session (2) minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Parks and Recreation Committee Recommendations to Purchase/Install Do.~i-Pot Pet Station at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park -Not to Exceed $300 Parks and Recreation Committee Recommendation to Consider Park Rules Addition Lanwage to City Code per City Attorney's Approval Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. VL AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES Mr. Lynn Johnson -Request for Public Works Department's Assistance with Snow Plowing the Waterworks Parking Lot for the 26t Annual Lion's Ice Fishing Contest. Mr. Johnson presented his request for assistance with snow plowing for the annual Lion's Ice Fishing Contest. Councilmember Broussard-Vickers requested a written authorization from the landowner.
