The map also shows <br />schematic representations of future trunk main extensions to serve undeveloped parcels. <br /> <br />Inflow and Infiltration (VIl <br />The City has monitored flows during both dry and wet weather and found that the <br />Increase In senltary sewer flow Is well below the thresholds set by the Metropolitan <br />Council for wet weather peaking. Never the less, City code and policies prohibit the <br />connection of sump pumps, downspouts. foundation drains, other passive drain tiles or <br />other storm water sources to service laterals. <br /> <br />Regularly, portions of the City's sewer ere televised in a rotation ensuring all mains are <br />televised every few years. During these Inspections, services exhibiting constant clear <br />water flows are noted and Investigated for possible illegal connections. <br /> <br />Flow Projections <br />Table 28, below, shows flow estimates from the City based on proposed population <br />growth which Is slightly higher than that projected in the system statement. <br /> <br />88 <br />
