No update. <br /> <br />Water Tower Update. Mr. stewart contacted a representative from <br />Macguire Iron and is waiting for a written response. <br /> <br />L'Allier Estates Update. There are still some pending punch list <br />items to be taken care of. <br /> <br />Centerville Heights Update. It appeared the general consensus of <br />the City Council was that Harstad Companies was non-responsive to <br />the City's requests for action. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Peterson to direct the <br />Clerk/Administrator to write a letter to Harstad Companies <br />explaining numerous attempts have been made to request they abide <br />by their developers contract, to which the City has received City <br />limited or no response; and that action is required by Wednesday, <br />August 9, 1989 or the City will attach the balance of their <br />letter of credit; Clerk/Administrator is also directed to contact <br />the City Attorney to investigate the possibility of ceasing to <br />issue further building permits for the Centerville Heights <br />development, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council member Peterson noted there was a soft spot in the <br />blacktop just patched on Mill Road north of Peltier Lake Drive. <br />City Engineer John stewart will investigate. <br /> <br />Discussion of property dedication of Outlot A on Mill Road. Per <br />a letter dated June 26, 1989, city Engineer John stewart noted <br />that although this property does not appear to be buildable, it <br />provides access to Clearwater Creek and east future side slope <br />construction off of Mill Road. It was his recommendation to <br />pursue the acquisition of this property. <br /> <br />Council member Pel ton asked if acquiring this property meant <br />foregoing assessment rights. <br />
