<br />. <br /> <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />July 26, 1989 <br />Page Seven <br /> <br />Administrator, and Dean Campbell, Lino Lakes Police Chief, to <br />present these proposals, motion carried unanimously. It was <br />noted Bob Burgstahler will be out of town at that time. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Pelton to table the Steering <br />Committee update until the August 9, 1989 City council meeting to <br />allow time to review the Joint Powers Agreement draft for <br />discussion at that time, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Peterson, second by Burgstahler to direct the City <br />Clerk/Administrator to write Don Olinger, 1873 Main street, <br />informing him that his business location is in violation of the <br />Zoning Ordinances of the ci ty of Centerville; and request a <br />response by August 8, 1989, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br /> <br />Council member Neumann noted that he had recei ved a complaint <br />from a resident regarding the $2.00 fee per time or $15. 00 fee <br />annually to access Centerville Lake through the County Park; and <br />that Centerville residents had no access to Centerville Lake. <br /> <br />It appeared the general consensus of the Council was that this <br />complaint should be referred to the County Commissioner. It was <br />also noted that County Parks are expensive to maintain, and <br />$15.00 annually was relatively inexpensive. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Gary Groehn, City Auditor, presented the 1988 Annual Report. Mr. <br />Groehn noted the General Fund balance of $151,518 a significant <br />improvement over 1986 with a balance of $12,465. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton left the meeting at 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Discussion of amendment to Ordinance #4, Section 32.03-7, <br />requ1r1ng a special use permit be issued for real estate <br />development signs for projects with ten (10) or more units. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Peterson to direct the <br />
