Ordinance # 4 , Section 71635 LOT t WIDTH OF now reads: <br />"The mean width measured at right angles to the <br />depth," <br />Amend to read.* "The horizontal distance between side lot <br />lines measured at the building setback lines;' <br />460 Ordinance #8, SUBDIVISION PLATS, 43.03wa-6 now rends: <br />"Layout of lot, including dimensions, square <br />footage, numbers, building setback lines for front <br />yard linessw location and width of easements," <br />- Amend to read: "Layout of lot including dimensions, <br />square footage, numbers, front yard line, building <br />setback lines on odd shaped lots; location and width <br />of easements;11 <br />notion carried unanimously. <br />Motion by Burgstahl.ear, , second by Neumann to table discussion of the <br />proposed prei.izinary plat for the Hardwood Pond Estates II <br />Development until rezoning on the property has been compl. eted , <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Elgod -Elain. Rodu9tk2n St - <br />John Stewart, City Engineer, was present and reviewed a letter from <br />Maier, Stewart and Associates dated December 14, 1989 regarding the <br />Flood Plain Deduction study, A copy of this letter is on file with <br />the Clerk/Administrator, <br />Motion by Pelton , second by Peterson to direct City staff to work <br />with Maier, Stewart and Associates to put together a draft letter <br />requesting negotiations to coordinate projects on County Road 14 <br />and 20th Avenue; the letter shall state the goals of the City, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Notion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann to authorize Maier, <br />Stewart and Associates to complete tasks 11 21 3 and 4 outlined on <br />page 2 of the December 14, 1989 Maier, Stewart and Associate letter <br />
