This <br />will be further discussed with Mary Ayde of L as4le Sanit,at.'ion at <br />the November 20, 1989 City Council meeting. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />ORDINANCE # 13 (L I QUC)R ) - PRoPOS' ED AMENDME T <br />Motion by Burgstahler, , second by Pelton to =t- mend (_Jrd ' .LI 1(2f' <br />Section 3 as follows: <br />Now reads: ''Subdivision <br />Bonds and Insurance. Each <br />application for a license <br />shall be <br />accompanied by a <br />surety bond, liability insurance <br />policy, or in lieu <br />thereof, cash or United <br />State;; <br />Government Bond or <br />equivalent market value <br />as provided <br />'in Minnesota <br />Statutes 1945, Sec. 340.121, <br />except <br />that the liability <br />insurance policy provided <br />in Laws <br />1945, Chi. 313, and <br />embodied in the fourth paragraph <br />of <br />Sec. 340. 12 shall <br />not be acceptable. _' <br />Amend to read: „Subdivision 2. <br />Bonds <br />and Insurance.
