It appears that their new City Hall <br />is inadequate for City needs. <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Burgstahler to table discu,L7,sion of <br />Municipal Facilities until the November 201 1989 (.amity Cotnr_.-il <br />meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br />All City Counc-,-il members will choose five architectural <br />firms from these presented. Each member will provide this list, <br />to the Clerk/Administrator prior to the November 20., 1989 City <br />Council meeting. <br />NO QF1d_N_A_RCF_4. <br />Motion by Burgstahler second by Neumann to direct City Staff to: <br />expand the propo.sed ordinance to include other noi.,_►e. amend Section I to include "hammer"; <br />It ' e t J n identify what i s ct civil remedy i n <br />.- <br />-ibdi-vis'on 2; <br />request an example of a "no I I -se impa(r-,.t statement" from <br />the League of Minnesota Cities; <br />- to give the City more ''teethIs (,_--, in having ay as to-- whca t <br />noises are allowed; <br />motion carried un,-anirriou-sly. <br />CE L E B F A T E E OT <br />Clerk/Administrator advised that the deadline for Celebrate <br />Minnesota participation in the calendar program h,,=_td been <br />extended., however, it would not allow suff. iciey-It t'l-me, to <br />coordinate Park and Recreation particip.,-atic-)n. <br />ANOKA COUNTY_ r�AM��I� —ARE _A_MAP <br />Clerk/Administrator advised that the copy deadline could be <br />extended until November 22 ', 1989 so that the Centerville Economi(-_- <br />Development Task Force could review the draft advertisement. <br />However., it could not be extended the next City (_',(_-)uncil meeting <br />after the November 21, 1989 Task Force meeting. <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Peterson to recommend that the <br />Centerville Economic Development Task Force use the proposed City, <br />logo, created by P(--)Ily Daas and recommended by the Task Force in <br />the City advertisement for the Anoka County Chamber of Commerce <br />Area Map, with the change that the land configurations only <br />include the seven county metro area and not the Twin C i. t 1 E-1 <br />contingent upon the approval of Polly Da as to ---Allow s,-aid <br />
