Appoint of Patrick Branch to the Park and Recreation Committee Councilmember Lee requested that items 10, 11, 12, and 15 be pulled from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve consent agenda items 1 through 9 and items 13 and 14. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. With regard to items 10, 11, and 12, Councilmember Lee asked to confirm that this is a renewal license as he did not recall that this license was ever before the Council. The Council was assured by staff that the licenses in these agenda items were approved previously and that this was, in fact, a renewal. With regard to item 15, Councilmember Lee questioned if the extension of the contract completion for the Public Works building to February 15, 2008 would provide adequate time for Mr. Dennis Shudy to finish.
