CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the Joint CouncilJPlanning and Zoning Commission Work Session to <br />order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />II. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT REVIEW <br /> <br />1. Bonestroo. Rosene. Anderlik & Associates (Tina Goodroad and <br />Brandon Slotterback) <br /> <br />T .and Use <br />Brendon Slotterback, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, presented a revised <br />draft of the land use plans in the comprehensive plan and stated that the document was <br />revised following input from the City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission, and <br />following the community open house. <br /> <br />Mr. Slotterback stated that the City is now in Phase 4 of the comprehensive plan <br />amendment which is the "public draft for review" section. He stated that the next step is <br />to get to the point where the draft is finalized and then distributed for jurisdictional <br />
