<br />I. CALL TO ORDER
<br />A quorum was present when Chair D.Wiski called the meeting to order at I :30 pm, February 20, 2008,
<br />Metropolitan Council Chambers, 390 No. Robert St., St. Paul, MN.

<br />n. ADOPTION OF AGENDA
<br />Motion made by LilIigren, seconded by Koblick, to adopt the agenda for the February 20, 2008, meeting.
<br />Motion passed.
<br />
<br />m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Motion made by Peterson, seconded by Koblick, to approve the minutes for January 16,2008. Motion
<br />passed.
<br />
<br />IV. COMMITTEE REPORTS
<br />A. Technical Advisory Committee
<br />Alan Lovejoy presented a plaque to Tim Mayasich. Tim has taken a new job and will no longer be serving as
<br />the Chair of the F & PC, or on the T AC after 14 years of service. Tim addressed the group and reminded them
<br />of the importance of the work that they do.
<br />
<br />B. Policy Committee
<br />Wiski reported that the Policy Committee did not meet in February.
<br />
<br />C. Programming Committee
<br />Hovland, co-chair, reported the Programming Committee met and approved the following items:

<br />TAB Action 2008-04: Sunset Date Extension Request: Dakota County, SP# ]9-090-07, Mississippi River
<br />Regional Trail, Phase I.
<br />Motion by Hovland, seconded by Peterson,
<br />Action:
<br />That the Transportation Advisory Board approve a one year sunset date extension from March 3 ], 2008 to
<br />March 31,2009 for SP# 19-090-07, Mississippi River Regional Tail in South St. Paul and Inver Grove Heights.
<br />Discussion:
<br />Hov]and stated that Dakota County had encountered some right-of-way delays necessitating the sunset date
<br />extension. There was no opposition to this action at the Programming Committee.
