Mr. Palzer said he will be able to supply detailed information for the May meeting. <br /> <br />Earth Dav Cleanup April!'''' - Request Supplies <br /> <br />Staff had to make a trip to Sam's Club for supplies and at that time bags, gloves, water and cookies were <br />purchased for Earth Day supplies for the committee and participating volunteers. <br /> <br />Ms. Colleen Grecnsweig called City HaIl to say members of the Centennial Little League would be cleaning <br />up Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park on Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 8:30 to II :30 a.m. <br /> <br />Regarding what to do with the garbage that will be picked up during the park cleanup Mr. Palzer said the <br />volunteers can either leave the bags at the parks and Public Works can pick them up, or they can drop them <br />off at the new public works building. He would provide a gate opener to access the dumpster. <br /> <br />Summer Prolmlms <br /> <br />Included in your packet is a flyer from the YMCA for the summer programs. Ms. Liz Guimont dropped off <br />1,500 copies to be included in the next utility bill and be distributed to local businesses. <br />
