CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville, <br />Minnesota will meet on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at the Church of St. Genevieve <br />Community Parish, 6995 Centerville Road, commencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter <br />to consider making the proposed improvements as follows: <br />1. Mound Trail from Anoka County State Aid Highway 14 (CSAH14) to the <br />westerly end of the street to be improved by watermain and/or water <br />services, and <br />2. Peltier Lake Drive from CSAH 14 to a point 150 feet northeast of <br />Centerville Road by watermain, water services, street reconstruction, curb <br />and related drainage improvements, and <br />3. Peltier Lake Drive between the easterly and westerly intersections of <br />Peltier Circle by watermain, water services, street reconstruction, curb and <br />related drainage improvements, and <br />4. Mill Road from Prairie Drive to a point 100 feet north of Peltier Lake <br />Drive by watermain, water services, street reconstruction, curb and related <br />drainage improvements, and <br />5. Mill Road from Prairie Drive to Main Street by water services, street <br />reconstruction, curb and related drainage improvements, and <br />6. Ivy Court, Sumac Court, and Center street from Dupre Road to 20tH <br />Avenue by watermain, street reconstruction, curb and related drainage <br />improvements, and <br />7. Clearwater Drive south of Peltier Lake Drive by watermain, water <br />services, street reconstruction or restoration and related drainage <br />improvements, and <br />8. LaValle Drive southwesterly of Main Street by installation of watermain <br />and water services, and <br />9. All of Robin Lane (North, South & West) and all of Cardinal Drive by <br />watermain, water services, street reconstruction, curb and related drainage <br />improvements, and <br />10. Centerville Road from Peltier Lake Drive to Lakeland Circle by street <br />reconstruction, curb and related drainage improvements, and <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />
