<br />Meeting Minutes - CC <br />December 12. 1990 <br />page five <br /> <br />advertise for a Circle Pines/Lexington Police Department Liaison, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Lot Split - 1337 Mound Trail <br />Motion by Pelton. second by Burgstahler that based upon the <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission the <br />City Council approve the request for a variance from <br />Ordinance #8, Article 2, Section 21.05 RESTRICTIONS OF <br />FILING AND RECORDING CONVEYANCES (6); to split the lot of <br />the following described property: <br />That part of Lot 14 REV AUD SUB NO 46 Described as <br />follows: Commencing at a point 321 feet east of west <br />line of said Lot 14 and 715 feet south of north line of <br />said Lot 14 (as measure along north and west lines <br />thereof), the west parallel with said north line 93 <br />feet, then south parallel with said west line 233.15 <br />feet +of- to north line of vacant road, then <br />northeasterly along said north line 121.69 feet to <br />point of beginning of land to be described, the <br />northwesterly 200 feet of POCo Then north parallel <br />with west line of said Lot 14 165 feet to southerly R/W <br />line of Mound Trail, the northeasterly along said R/W <br />line to north west corner of Block 1, LeRoux Addition, <br />then southeasterly along westerly line of said Block 1 <br />to northerly line of said vacant road, then <br />southwesterly along said northerly line to point of <br />beginning; TOG with part of ADJ vacant road; Subject to <br />easement of REC; <br />commonly known as 1337 Mound Trial; <br />the intent is that the section split from 1337 Mound Trail <br />is to be combined with 1321 Mound Trail to increase its <br />side yard setback to conform with City Ordinance; <br />the approval is based upon the following recommendations and <br />standards: <br />65.03-1 Special conditions and circumstances do <br />exist. The pre-existing home is currently <br />nine feet form the property line. Mound <br />Trail (City Street) has been moved from the <br />lake side of the home to the rear of the <br />home; <br />65.03-2 The petitioner has difficulty getting his <br />boat around the home to the lake without <br />driving on the east abutting property. This <br />is currently owned by Ms. Pearl LeRoux (his <br />mother-in-law)), but should the property <br />change hands, the new owner may not be as <br />agreeable.
