<br />, <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a budget hearing on December 6, 1990 at <br />City Hall. Mayor Haberman called the meeting to order at 7:07 <br />p.m. Present: Pelton, Burgstahler. He <br />noted that the police contract now appears stable and that the <br />growth of the City should enable the taxes to also stabilize or <br />decrease. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Haberman to certify $295,888 to <br />the Anoka County Auditor as Centerville's 1991 tax levy, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The following audience members made comments regarding staff <br />wages and benefits: <br />Mike Davis, 7156 Brian Drive; <br />Heinz Pedolsky, 7141 Brian Way; <br />Tom Wilharber, Centerville Road. <br /> <br />Some comments made by audience members and City Council were as <br />
