<br />",' ' ,.... <br />~--~..." <br /> <br />Bxtract of Minutes of ...tine of the <br />City CouncU of the City of Centerville <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a recular meeting of the City Council of . <br />the City of Centerville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in the City of <br />Centerville on Wednesday, October 10, 1990, commencing at 7:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />George Haberman, Carol Zoff Pelton, Walter Neumann, Jerry Peterson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Robert Burgstahler <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the next item of business was the consideration of a <br /> <br />proposal for the purchase of $260,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series <br />1990B of the City. <br /> <br />The City Clerk-Administrator presented an offer of <br /> <br />Firstar Hugo Bank <br /> <br />to purchase the Bonds which had been submitted to the City pursuant to Council <br />direction. <br /> <br />After due consideration of the proposal, Councilmember <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptiom <br /> <br />Zoff Pelton <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OP $260,000 <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES I"OB <br />PIXlNG THEIR PORM AND SPECIPICATIONS; <br />DIRECTING THEIR ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY; <br />AND PROVIDING FOR THBIR PAYMENT <br /> <br />BElT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Centerville, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (City) as follows: <br /> <br />.
