<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1995 MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held <br />their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 8, 1995 at the City Hall. Mayor <br />Wilharber called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Wilharber <br />Councilmember Buckbee <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht <br />Councilmember Brenner <br />Councilmember Powers-Rasmussen <br /> <br />ABSENT: none <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to close the public hearing for the <br />assessment of Acorn Creek Second Addition. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the regular meeting to order. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />OCTOBER 11, 1995 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />Page 1 correct the date in the first paragraph and page 4 correct spelling error. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen to approve the October 11, 1995 <br />meeting minutes. Motion carried, Councilmembers Buckbee and Brenner abstained due to <br />the absence at the meeting. <br /> <br />OCTOBER 18, 1995 CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to approve the October 18, 1995 meeting <br />minutes.
