<br />City Council Meeting Minutes of November 8, 1995 <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen that the point range of the City <br />Clerk be set at 161-172. And to start Trudi Breuninger at 161 and include a $1.00 per <br />hour until the city coordinator starts, this is also to be retro to September 11, 1995. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council consensus to wait until the next council for the Deputy/Treasurer job description <br />and point range. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to approve Paul Palzer's recommendation of <br />offering John Brasuhn the full-time public works position at 158 points, contingent upon <br />passing a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilmember Buckbee stated she will work with staff to prepare something rescinding <br />the ordinance establishing the position of Clerk Administrator for the next meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Powers-Rasmussen to authorize full-time status for the <br />City Clerk, Trudi Breuninger. The City Clerk position will be a permanent full-time <br />position. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SOFTWARE <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen to allow staff to purchase the <br />Smart Sweet Program not to exceed $300.00, funds to be split between administrative <br />supplies and public works. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LAKE SANITATION <br /> <br />Residents have been calling regarding the new billing system Lake Sanitation sent out, <br />they are now billed quarterly. <br /> <br />Councilmember Powers-Rasmussen is the liaison and will be contacting Lake Sanitation <br />regarding this issue. It was requested that a representative from the new owners come <br />and talk to the council at the beginning of the 1996 year. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Buckbee to approve the consent agenda consisting of <br />Water Hook-up Petitions from Northern Forest Products and Mr. & Mrs. Stockey, public <br />hearings to be scheduled November 21, 1995. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Powers-Rasmussen to approve the Centennial Fire <br />District expenditures dated November 6, 1995.
