<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 25, 1995 MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held <br />their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 1995 at the City Hall. Mayor Wilharber <br />called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.rn. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Wilharber <br />Councilmember Buckbee <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht <br />Councilmember Brenner <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Powers-Rasmussen <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL, SEPTEMBER 27, 1995 <br /> <br />Page 4, amend to read: Councilmember Brenner stated Carol Pelton suggested not to <br />scale down the Peltier Lake Drive propose shrubbery if the purpose is to serve as a barrier <br />to the creek and to wait until spring to do the planting. <br /> <br />Page 5, amend to read: Until the city applies for grants and awaits the outcome the farmer <br />who currently rents the property will continue to farm the land and rental fees will <br />continue to go to the LaMottes until the closing of the property. <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the meeting minutes of <br />September 27, 1995 with the above amendments. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL, OCTOBER 11, 1995 <br /> <br />MOTION by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht to table the meeting minutes of October <br />11, 1995 until the quorum is present to vote. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Add Economic Development Committee under Committee Reports <br />Add Center Oaks Drainage under Old Business. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to approve the October 25, 1995 agenda <br />with the above amendments.
