<br />Russ Koski - Q: What is the projected population rate? A: 4,000 by the year 2000. <br /> <br />Powers-Rasmussen expressed her concern with the budget was with the animal control <br />services. She added that she would like to the council look at more accessible companies, <br />i.e. Otter Lake Animal. Wilharber responded that he will be looking at Otter Lake and <br />Anoka County on the services they provide and rates. <br /> <br />Consensus of the council to leave the budget at an 11 % increase. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen to adjourn the tax hearing at <br />8:30 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Trudi Breuninger <br />City Clerk <br />
