<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 21, 1995 MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />>"'" <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held <br />their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 21, 1995 at the City Hall. Mayor Wilharber <br />called the meeting to order at 7: lOp. m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Wilharber <br />Councilmember Buckbee <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht <br />Councilmember Brenner <br />Councilmember Powers-Rasmussen <br /> <br />PUBLIC BEARINGS <br /> <br />1979 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />There was a public hearing to pass upon the proposed assessment to allow the water <br />connection charge required by the City Ordinance #45 to be assessed. The proposed <br />property is 1979 Main Street for the amount of $1300.00 <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Powers-Rasmussen to close the public hearing. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2050 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />There was a public hearing to pass upon the proposed assessment to allow the water <br />connection charge required by the City Ordinance #45 to be assessed. The proposed <br />property is 2050 Main Street for the amount of $5,999.40. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Powers-Rasmussen to close the public hearing. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 8, 1995 <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to approve the meeting minutes of <br />November 8, 1995.
