A copy of this letter is <br />attached to and made a part of this minutes. <br /> <br />Mark Herboldt, 1784 Peltier Lake Drive, was present. Mr. <br />Herboldt noted he has contacted Olson Sewer Service regarding the <br />digging of a trench to the sanitary sewer manhole to service his <br />home with sanitary sewer. Mr. Herboldt noted the estimated cost <br />is $2,100.00, which does not include the cost to patch the <br />street. <br /> <br />Council member wilharber noted the City has experienced a number <br />of problems with Milner Carley, the previous City Engineer, <br />regarding the sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee excused himself from the meeting at 9:40 p.m. to <br />tend to a personal matter. <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Brenner to authorize payment of 50% of <br />the cost for sanitary sewer service to Lot 2, Block 4 L'Allier <br />Estates I by jacking into the manhole 2A1A and extending the <br />sanitary sewer to the property line, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee returned at 9:50 p.m. <br /> <br />The City Council discussed the cost for the street patching <br />necessary due to the extension of sanitary sewer to 1784 Peltier <br />Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to authorize a change order <br />to the Bituminous Consulting contract for the addition of <br />patching Peltier Lake Drive due to the extension of sanitary <br />sewer to 1784 Peltier Lake Drive, AYE - Brenner; AYE - Dario; <br />AYE - Helmbrecht; AYE - wilharber; ABSTAIN - Buckbee, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Request for Variance - The west third of Lots 7, <br />Centerville, subject to easement of record. <br />The City Council reviewed the Variance Report <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. A copy of <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />8 and 9, Block 2 <br /> <br />submitted by the <br />this report is <br /> <br />The City Council also reviewed a letter dated August 17, 1994 <br />from Jon Olson, Anoka County Engineer, regard Anoka County <br />Highway Department Right-of-Way Needs Based on Functional <br />Classification. A copy of this letter is on file with the <br />Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to approve the <br />
