A copy of this letter is <br />on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second <br />continue to develop an <br />Rates and to proceed <br />regarding self read water <br /> <br />by Wilharber to authorize City staff to <br />amendment to Ordinance #45, Section- <br />with completion of further research <br />meters, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Truth in Taxation Public Hearing Dates for Property Taxes <br />Payable in the year 1995 - Adopt Resolution Certifying the 1995 <br />proposed property tax levy. <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to hold a public hearing <br />for property taxes payable in the year 1995 for Wednesday, <br />November 30, 1994 at the City Hall, 7:00 p.m.; <br />a reconvening date, if necessary, will be Tuesday, <br />December 13, 1994 at the City Hall, 7:00 p.m., <br />these dates do not conflict with county, metropolitan agencies or <br />the school district located in the City of Centerville, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht to adopt a resolution <br />adopting the proposed tax levy, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />A copy of this resolution is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Keys to City Hall. <br />Council member Helmbrecht asked what the policy was for issuing <br />keys to City Hall. <br /> <br />It was noted the City does not currently have a key policy. The <br />City does keep record as to who has a key. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to direct City staff to draft <br />a key policy for all public buildings; <br />and direct City staff to sign out keys to any Council <br />member who would like a key to City Hall, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />It was noted that Council members Helmbrecht and Brenner would <br />like keys to the city Hall. <br />
