No response <br />received. <br /> <br />proposed Bad Check Policy to all <br />in favor or not in favor was <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Wilharber to not adopt the Circle <br />Pines/Lexington Police Chief Dave VanBurkleo's proposed Bad Check <br />Policy due to lack of response from Centerville business owners, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Buckbee to direct city staff to <br />contact Circle Pines/Lexington Police Chief Dave VanBurkleo of <br />the City Council's decision to not adopt the proposed Bad Check <br />Policy due to lack of response from Centerville business owners, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clarification on Future Projects Assigned to Tamara Miltz-Miller. <br />Council member Brenner expressed concern regarding the estimated <br />date of completion for capital Improvement Plan of January 1, <br />1995. She noted the Star City Committee needs to have this <br />project completed in a more timely manner. It appears the only <br />portion that is holding up the completion is the inclusion of the <br />Park and Recreation Committee's capital Improvement Plan. If the <br />Capital Improvement Plan is not completed by early November it <br />will throw off the Star City Committee's schedule. <br /> <br />Motion by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to direct the Park and <br />Recreation to have their Capital Improvement Plan completed no <br />later than October 1, 1994; <br />if it is not completed by October 1, 1994 it may not be <br />included in the City's Capital Improvement Plan; <br />and the Capital Improvement Plan be submitted for City <br />Council approval by November 4, 1994, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to approve the proposed <br />number of hours and costs as submitted by Tamara Miltz-Miller; <br />with the change in the estimated date of <br />discontinuation of assistance of the capital <br />Improvement Plan of January 1, 1995 to November 4, <br />1994, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Minnesota Magic Midway. <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to direct City staff to advise <br />the City Attorney that the city Council is interested in pursuing <br />the collection process for Minnesota Magic Midway, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Open Meeting Law Insurance. <br />Mayor Buckbee asked what the status is with the purchasing of the <br />
