Staff will have the <br />information by the September 14, 1994 meeting. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Center Hills II - Set Date for Reassessment Hearing. <br />It was noted that Gerald Rehbein was not present and petition for <br />reassessment of Center Hills II has not been received. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht to table consideration <br />of the Center Hills II Reassessment, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Vacation and sick Time Resignating Employees. <br />Council member Helmbrecht expressed the City Council should offer <br />to pay for 1/2 of the sick time accumulated at the time of <br />retirement. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, <br />vacation and sick <br />City Council has <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />second by Dario to table consideration of <br />time pay for resignation employees until the <br />reviewed Ordinance #22 B, motion carried <br /> <br />Request for Charitable Gambling Monies - Circle Pines/Lexington <br />Police Department. <br />The City Council reviewed a request dated August 17, 1994 from <br />Circle Pines/Lexington Police Chief Dave VanBurkleo regarding <br />charitable gambling funds. A copy of this request is on file <br />with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht to approve the request <br />of Chief VanBurkleo for charitable gambling funds in the amount <br />of $1,400.00 to replace two light bars on their police vehicles <br />in 1995, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Hamline University Intern. <br />The City Council reviewed a letter dated August 10, 1994 from <br />Hamline University Graduate School regarding Hamline University's <br />Master of Arts in Public Administration Program. A copy of this <br />letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to direct City staff to <br />complete the Master of Arts in Public Administration Program <br />Questionnaire, motion carried unanimously. <br />
