She would <br />like a letter sent about the possibility of a joint venture <br />regarding servicing the area with water. <br /> <br />Motion by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to direct City staff to <br />draft a letter to the City of Lino Lakes regarding the <br />possibility of a joint venture to service this area with water, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor's Comments. <br /> <br />a. Park and Recreation Committee - Comments regarding City <br />Council Liaison attendance. <br />Mayor Buckbee expressed that sometime he appears to be "hard <br />line" when it comes the Park and Recreation Committee. However, <br />he has seen the Park and Recreation Committee putting up park <br />equipment when it is cold and rainy and does appreciate their <br />efforts. He noted he has been derelict in his Park and <br />Recreation Committee liaison duties. He noted the City Council <br />has had an extremely heavy work load and recognizes his lack of <br />attendance. Mayor Buckbee expressed the Park and Recreation <br />Committee can attend the City Council meetings also, it is a two <br />way street. <br /> <br />b. Resignation of Tamara Miltz-Miller, Clerk/Administrator. <br />Mayor Buckbee noted that this is the last official City council <br />meeting for Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller. Mayor <br />Buckbee extended his appreciation to Ms. Miltz-Miller for helping <br />the City and himself personally with regarding to municipal <br />government. Mayor Buckbee noted that Ms. Miltz-Miller has "taken <br />it on the chin" many times, and he does appreciate all the good <br />things Ms. Miltz-Miller has done for the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />Council member Dario echoed Mayor Buckbee's comments. <br />
