<br />271 CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />272 NOVEMBER 9, 1994 <br />273 PAGE SIX <br />274 <br />275 Storm Water Drainage Ordinance. <br />276 The City Council reviewed information dated November 2, 1994 from <br />277 Tamara Miltz-Miller grading the Storm Water Drainage Ordinance. <br />278 A copy of this information is on file with the <br />279 Clerk/Administrator. <br />280 <br />281 Council member Helmbrecht expressed concern regarding the <br />282 drainage area in the Center Oaks I Addition - Pheasant Lane. It <br />283 appears one property owner has filled in the ditch, and she would <br />284 like to investigate obtaining the necessary easements before <br />285 consideration of the Storm Water Drainage Ordinance. <br />286 <br />287 Motion by Helmbrecht, second by Buckbee to direct City staff to <br />288 investigate obtaining the necessary drainage easements in the <br />289 Center Oaks I Addition located between Tourville Circle and <br />290 Pheasant Lane; <br />291 to consult with the City Attorney regarding his <br />292 recommendations on adopting the Storm Water Drainage <br />293 Easement prior to obtaining the necessary drainage <br />294 easements, <br />295 motion carried unanimously. <br />296 <br />297 Storm Water Fee Structure. <br />298 The City Council reviewed information dated November 7, 1994 from <br />299 Tamara Miltz-Miller regarding Storm Water Fees. A copy of this <br />300 information in on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br />301 <br />302 Motion by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to table consideration of <br />303 the Storm Water Fees, motion carried unanimously. <br />304 <br />305 Drain Tile Behind Curb. <br />306 The City Council reviewed information regarding the drain tile <br />307 behind street curbs int he city of Lakeville. It was noted the <br />308 copies of the information was the city of Lakeville was not <br />309 readable. <br />310 <br />311 Motion by Helmbrecht, second by Wilharber to table consideration <br />312 of drain tile behind curb and direct City staff to recopy the <br />313 information, motion carried unanimously. <br />314 <br />315 Animal Control Ordinance. <br />316 It was noted that earlier this evening, Randy Hagerty, 1835 <br />317 prairie Drive, had expressed concern regarding a potentially <br />318 dangerous dog in his neighborhood. <br />319 <br />320 Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to table consideration of <br />321 the Animal Control Ordinance, motion carried unanimously. <br />322 <br />323 Variance - 7096 Progress Road. <br />324 The city Council reviewed a sketch prepared by Paul Palzer, CITY <br />
