A copy of this information is <br />398 attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />399 <br />400 It was noted a Public Hearing was conducted by the Planning and <br />401 Zoning commission on November 2, 1994. There was no one present <br />402 who objected to the proposed road easement. <br />403 <br />404 Motion by Wilharber, second by Buckbee to grant the request of <br />405 Richard and Barbara Thompson, 7008 Centerville, to vacate the <br />406 road easement over and across the south 10 feet thereof of <br />407 Auditors Subdivision Number 48 S 100 feet of Lot 13 per the <br />408 recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission; <br />409 contingent upon the property owner verifying the <br />410 ownership of the road easement; and <br />411 that Anoka County does object to the vacation, <br />412 motion carried unanimously. <br />413 <br />414 November 23, 1994 Meeting Date. <br />415 Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to reschedule the <br />416 Wednesday, November 23, 1994 regular meeting date to Tuesday, <br />417 November 22, 1994 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, motion carried <br />418 unanimously. <br />419 <br />420 Set Special Meeting Date Interview Candidates for the <br />421 Clerk/Administrator position. <br />422 Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to set a special meeting <br />423 date of November 21, 1994 at 5:00 p.m. for the City Council and <br />424 newly elected officials to interview candidates for the <br />425 Clerk/Administrator position; <br />426 City staff is directed to notify the <br />427 Clerk/Administrator applicants, <br />428 motion carried unanimously. <br />429 <br />430 Council member Brenner will conduct the reference checks of the <br />431 applicants. <br />432 <br />
