Resolution Certifying delinquent Sewer Utility to <br />64 County Auditor for Collection. <br />65 motion carried unanimously. <br />66 <br />67 APPEARANCES: <br />68 <br />69 Yvonne Henrich - District Memorial Hospital Update. <br />70 District Memorial Hospital Chairperson Yvonne Henrich appeared <br />71 before the City Council and provided an update on the progress of <br />72 the affiliation with Fairview Hospital. A copy of Why Can't <br />73 Things Stay The Way They Are? is on file with the <br />74 Clerk/Administrator. <br />75 <br />76 Ms. Henrich explained the emergency service issue is still <br />77 undecided. Fairview is currently talking to three providers. <br />78 <br />79 Mayor Buckbee asked if the Regional Advisory Board members have <br />80 been appointed. <br />81 <br />82 Ms. Henrich noted due to the excellent nominees for the Regional <br />83 Advisory Board, personal interviews will be conducted. <br />84 <br />85 Walter Neumann - Centerville Police Liaison. <br />86 Walter Neumann, Centerville Police Liaison to the Circle <br />87 Pines/Lexington Police Commission, updated the City Council on <br />88 the activities of the police department. Mr. Neumann thanked the <br />89 City Council for the charitable gambling donation to purchase <br />90 lights for the squad cars. Mr. Neumann explained a perceived <br />91 problem occurring regarding the City of Circle pines trailway <br />92 system. There appears to be a perception that property crimes <br />93 increase due to the trailway. Mr. Neumann suggested that <br />94 Centerville involve the police department in the development of <br />95 our trail system. <br />96 <br />97 It was noted that Council member Wilharber will be attending the <br />98 Police Commission meetings during Mr. Neumann's absence. <br />99 <br />100 OLD BUSINESS: <br />101 <br />102 Flood Plain Update. <br />103 Dave Nyberg, MSA Consulting Engineers, was present. Mr. Nyberg <br />104 noted the County Road 14 vertical curve is in place and there is <br />105 a dramatic change. The Contractor will continue working on the <br />106 Main Street crossing for the rest of week, however the work is <br />107 essentially complete. Mr. Nyberg noted the Contractor has not <br />
