<br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 1994 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a special meeting on Tuesday, October <br />18, 1994 at the City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to <br />consider approval of the newsletter. Mayor Buckbee called the <br />special meeting to order at 8:36 p.m. Present: Brenner, Dario, <br />Helmbrecht, Wilharber. <br /> <br />The city Council reviewed an article for the City Newsletter <br />drafted by Council members Brenner and Helmbrecht regarding City <br />Finances. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Brenner to approve the article <br />drafted by Council members Brenner and Helmbrecht regarding City <br />Finances to be include in the City Newsletter, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Emergency Item for Consideration - Repair of Snow Plow. <br />Sanna Buckbee, Acting Clerk/Administrator, noted Paul Palzer, <br />Public Works Director/Building Inspector, has recently discovered <br />the main plow on the new truck is in need of structural repair. <br />The estimated cost for repairs is $600.00. Mr. Palzer would like <br />City Council approve to proceed with the repairs as soon as <br />possible. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Helmbrecht to approve the <br />recommendation of Paul Palzer, Public Works Director/Building <br />Inspector as outlined in his memo dated October 18, 1994 to <br />authorize repair of the main plow on the new truck for a cost not <br />to exceed $600.00, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />ADJOURN. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to adjourn the special <br />meeting, motion carried unanimously.
