The <br />purpose of the public hearing was to hear all persons present <br />regarding the possibility of amending Ordinance #4, Table A- <br />Schedule of District Regulations Permitted and Special Uses. <br />Acting Mayor Wilharber opened the public hearing at 7:04 p.m. <br />Present: Brenner, Dario, Helmbrecht. Absent: Buckbee. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Wilharber reviewed the proposed amendment to the <br />City Council and persons present in the audience. It was noted <br />the Planning and Zoning commission recommended the public hearing <br />regarding the proposed amendment be held at the City Council <br />level. <br /> <br />There was no comment offered from the City Councilor members of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Wilharber closed the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centervill held their regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />November 22, 1994 at the City Hall. Acting Mayor Wilharber <br />called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. Present: Brenner, <br />Dario, Helmbrecht. Absent: Buckbee. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />November 9, 1994 Closed Meeting. <br />Motion by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve the November <br />9, 1994 closed meeting minutes regarding the pending Flood Plain <br />Assessment litigation, AYE - Brenner; AYE - Helmbrecht; AYE- <br />Wilharber; ABSTAIN - Dario, motion carried. <br /> <br />November 9, 1994 Canvassing Board. <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario <br />the November 9, 1994 canvassing board <br />appropriate number of City Council <br />approval, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />to table consideration of <br />meeting minutes until the <br />members are present for <br /> <br />November 9, 1994 Regular Meeting. <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Brenner to approve the November 9, <br />1994 regularly scheduled meeting minutes with the following <br />amendments: <br />Page two, line <br />Now Reads: <br /> <br />59 <br />"...given an across the board for <br />or increase the recycling..." <br /> <br />one month <br />
