Ross, Lino Lakes Police Department, regarding the <br />purchase/donation of the original Centerville police badge. A <br />copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second <br />Centerville Police Badge to <br />Department and to support <br />enforcement history, motion <br /> <br />by Helmbrecht to donate the original <br />Timothy J. Ross, Lino Lakes Police <br />his effort to preserve the local law <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Collection System Math Workshop - Robert Barron. <br />The City Council reviewed a request dated November 22, 1994 from <br />Paul Palzer, Public Works Director/Building Inspector, regarding <br />the attendance of Robert Barron to a Collection System Math <br />Workshop sponsored by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. A <br />copy of this request is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht that per the <br />recommendation of the Public Works Director/Building Inspector to <br />authorize Robert Barron to attend the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency Collection System Math Workshop on December 15-16 for a <br />cost not to exceed $80.00, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Request for Holiday Pay - Mona LaBelle. <br />The City Council reviewed a request from Mona LaBelle dated <br />November 20, 1994 regarding holiday pay. A copy of this request <br />is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to deny the request of <br />Mona LaBelle for holiday pay, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Full Time Police Liaison. <br />Acting Mayor Wilharber noted he attended the Circle <br />Pines/Lexington Police Commission for Walt Neumann, Centerville <br />Police Liaison. Acting Mayor Wilharber explained the Police <br />Commission would like to appoint a full time police officer as a <br />liaison to the City Council. The police officer liaison would <br />attend meetings and be readily available to addresses questions <br />and concerns. Acting Mayor Wilharber also noted that after the <br />first of the year, the Centerville City Council should continue <br />pursuing a joint police commission. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />Motion by Brenner, second by Dario to approve the following <br />consent agenda items: <br />1995 Liquor and Business Licenses. <br />To approve the following: <br />Waterworks cigarette, dance, off-sale, off-sale non- <br />intoxicating, sunday and wine licenses. <br />Kelly's Korner - cigarette, dance, off-sale, off-sale non <br />
