A copy of <br />the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />a memorandum from Circle <br />VanBurkleo regarding a metro <br />this memorandum is on file with <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second <br />ordinance establishing <br />repealing Ordinance 3A <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />by Wilharber to adopt Ordinance #3B an <br />a curfew in the City of Centerville, and <br />relating to the same subject, motion <br /> <br />Newsletter. <br />The City Council reviewed the fall quarter newsletter drafted by <br />City staff. <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht <br />the newsletter tonight. <br />member Brenner would like <br />finances. <br /> <br />requested the City Council not approve <br />She noted that herself and Council <br />to rewrite the section regarding City <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted <br />article previously submitted by <br />Brenner. <br /> <br />the section is very close to the <br />Council members Helmbrecht and <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht noted she would still like to revise <br />this section and asked that the special meeting notice for the <br />Joint Meeting on October 18, 1994 be amended to included approval <br />of the newsletter. <br /> <br />It appeared to be the consensus of the City Council to amend the <br />special meeting notice to include approval of the newsletter. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Search Update. <br />Council member Wilharber noted 140 applications were submitted <br />for the Clerk/Administrator position. Of the 140 applications 27 <br />have previous municipal experience. He noted that he found it <br />interesting that 4 lawyers had applied. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted that Council member Brenner has <br />
